001 Work
What the work actually looks like.
No logos and no client names — we don’t publish those and we won’t. What we do publish is the work: what we found, what we changed, and the part that did not go well.
002 Everything
All work
01 The server that could not be updated 02 640 GB with no second copy 03 Screens that took half a minute 04 A public form that handed its records back 05 Somebody was copying the whole directory 06 Updates that stopped signing everyone out 07 Which payment system the money runs through 08 One customer could see another's records 09 Anyone could say an order had shipped 10 The feature broken for years 11 Personal details in the error logs 12 Live passwords in the source code
Every write-up is anonymized: a code name, an industry, and nothing that identifies anyone. Several pieces of work on the same system share a code name, because they were the same system. If one of these describes what you are living with, write and tell us what breaks.
